所有商品皆為手工製作與嚴選食材製成,我們珍惜每一份送到您手中的作品。
為維護毛孩與飼主的健康與權益,商品出貨前均經仔細檢查,出貨後若無瑕疵恕無法退換。
下單前請再次確認尺寸、顏色與品項,避免造成誤會。

To protect every pet and customer, all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
Please confirm the size, color, and details before purchase, as returns are not accepted for non-defective items.
【手作收藏系列商品說明|Handmade Collectible Series】
GozPet 的收藏系列(如 Peachie 手作吊飾、守護熊熊系列、娃娃等)均為手工編織作品。
每隻熊熊皆獨一無二,細節(如針線分布、毛線方向、表情)略有差異屬正常現象,並非瑕疵。
若因個人主觀因素(如與預期不同、顏色或表情差異)申請退換,恕無法受理。
如商品於運送途中發生重大損壞,請於簽收後三日內聯繫客服,我們將協助處理。
Each GozPet collectible (including Peachie charms, guardian bears, and plushies) is carefully handcrafted.
Minor variations in stitching, texture, or expression are natural and not considered defects.
Returns or exchanges for personal preference cannot be accepted.
If damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 3 days for assistance.
【寵物商品說明|Pet Products】
接觸型商品(寵物領巾、飾品、項鍊、玩具等)屬個人衛生用品,為避免接觸性傳染疾病,已拆封商品恕無法退換。
食品類商品(寵物鮮食、零食等)為短效期或易腐商品,除商品瑕疵外,恕不提供退換。
Contact items (scarves, collars, harness accessories, toys, etc.) are personal hygiene products and cannot be returned once opened.
Pet food (fresh meals, treats, etc.) is perishable and non-returnable unless defective.
【不適用七日鑑賞期之情況|Exceptions to 7-Day Return Policy】
- 易腐敗或保存期限短的食品
- 客製化或接單製作商品
- 已拆封之個人衛生用品
- 拆封之影音商品、軟體或非實體數位內容
According to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, the following are not eligible for a 7-day return:
・Perishable or short-shelf-life food items
・Custom or made-to-order products
・Unsealed personal hygiene items
・Opened media, software, or digital content
【退貨申請流程|Return Process】
若商品有瑕疵或錯誤寄送,請於收到後三日內(簽收隔日起算)聯繫客服,並保留完整包裝與商品,提供以下資訊:
- 姓名、訂單編號、聯絡電話
- 商品名稱與退貨原因
- 瑕疵處照片
客服確認後會協助完成退換貨事宜。

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days (starting from the day after delivery).
Keep all packaging intact and provide:
・Name, order number, phone number
・Product name and reason for return
・Photos of the defect

【退款說明|Refunds】
- 信用卡付款:退貨商品收回並確認無誤後,系統將進行刷退,實際入帳時間依各銀行為準。
- 其他付款方式:請提供正確匯款帳號,確認後 10 日內退款。
Credit card: Refunds will be processed after inspection; posting date depends on your card issuer.
Other payments: Provide correct bank details; refunds complete within 10 working days after confirmation.
【無法辦理退款之情況|Refunds Cannot Be Processed If】
- 匯款帳號錯誤
- 未寄回紙本發票(如有索取者)
- 申請後 10 個工作天內無法聯繫或資料有誤
Refunds cannot be processed if:
・Incorrect bank details are provided
・Paper invoice is not returned (postage at customer’s cost)
・Applicant cannot be reached within 10 business days
