- 提供不明連結、要求下載應用程式或填寫可疑表單
如您接獲可疑電話或訊息,請保持警覺,切勿依照對方指示進行任何操作。若有疑慮,請立即:

- 📞 撥打 警政署 165 反詐騙專線 進行確認
GozPet will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to:
- Request your bank or credit card information
- Ask you to use a bank counter, ATM, or online banking
- Send suspicious links or ask you to install unknown apps/forms
If you receive a suspicious call or message, stay alert and do not follow any instructions. If in doubt:

若您接到開頭為「+」、「+2」或「+886」的不明來電,請特別留意,這可能是海外或假冒號碼的詐騙電話。常見話術包含「重複下單」或「誤設分期付款」,再要求您操作 ATM/網銀。
請記得: 您的訂單紀錄皆可於官網帳號後台查詢,我們不會以非正式管道要求您提供敏感資料或主動退款。
If you receive calls starting with “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, be cautious — these may be spoofed or overseas scam calls. Common tactics claim “duplicate orders” or “installment errors” to push you to use an ATM/online banking.
Please remember: Your order details are available in your GozPet account. We will not request sensitive data or initiate refunds through unofficial channels.

- 定期更換密碼並提升強度(大小寫+數字混合)
- 避免於公共電腦或公共 Wi-Fi 登入帳號
- 不點擊不明連結、不接受陌生好友邀請
